A Room turns a folder of videos into a branded, client-facing viewing experience — one link, a playlist, and a contact card. Perfect for proposals, onboarding, and sales.
Create a room

Go to Rooms in the sidebar and create a new room, or open an existing folder.

Scroll to the Room panel at the bottom and click Enable Room.

Add videos — use Upload for new videos or Add Existing to pull in videos you've already uploaded.

Copy the room link and share it with your client — they get a full-screen player with a sidebar playlist.
Room settings
Open the Room's folder and click the gear icon next to the Room link. The settings open in a side panel, so the folder stays in view.

| Welcome message | Intro text shown above the video list — greet your viewer personally. |
| Contact card | Your name and reply-to email displayed in the room header. |
| Auto-advance | Automatically plays the next video when one finishes. |
| Show sidebar | Toggle the video list sidebar on or off. |
| CTA button | A persistent call-to-action button shown across all videos (e.g. "Book a Call"). |
| Logo URL | Your logo shown in the room header instead of the app name. Pro plan. |
| Accent colour | Replaces the default yellow on active items, buttons, and highlights. Also removes the "Shared with vitelnk" footer. Pro plan. |
| Password protection | Viewers must enter a password before entering the room. |
| One-time view | Room deactivates after the first session. |
| Expiration date | Room stops working after this date. |
| Disable downloads | Hides the download buttons in the room. When downloads are on, viewers can download the current video or all of them (original files). |
| Viewer watermark | Shows each viewer's name or email, the date and a viewer code over every video in the room. Each video's look comes from its own settings. Downloads are the original files, without the watermark, so turn downloads off if the room must stay watermarked. |
| Viewer registration | Registration gate — viewers enter their name and email before watching. |
| Viewer messages | Allow viewers to send you a message from within the room. |
| Notification email | Where the Room's emails go: watched, registrations and messages. Blank = your account email. |
| Email me when a viewer reaches | How far a viewer has to get in a video before you get the "watched" email: any step from 10% to 100%, or "Same as each video's setting" (70% unless you changed it). A CTA click always sends it. |
Magic Link Recipients
Instead of sharing one generic link, send each person their own personalised magic link — they click straight in with no password, and you see exactly who viewed what and when. Pro plan.

Open the room settings and scroll to Magic Link Recipients.

Add a recipient's name and email, then click Add.

Click the mail icon on their card to send their invite, or use Send All Invites.

Each recipient's card shows their status: Not sent, Sent, or Opened.

Navigation
Previous/next arrows on the player let viewers step through videos without touching the list.
Watch progress
A green check appears on videos the viewer has watched, and a badge shows the number.
💡 Rooms are great for sales proposals — put a demo video first, a case study second, and a pricing overview third. The viewer watches in order and you see exactly what they engaged with.
