For video editors, producers and wedding videographers: the client watches the cut, leaves notes under it, and can't download or pass it on before you are paid.
Set it up
💡 Each step names the button or setting exactly as it appears on screen. Every video setting is behind the gear icon on the video's card; every share link setting is in the Share tab, under Create Share Link (or ⋮, then Edit on a link).

Upload the video with Upload Video

Open your Dashboard

On the video, click

Go to the Share tab

Click Create Share Link and name it after the client

Under Access, turn on Password protection (send the password in a separate message), or add the client under Magic Link Recipients so they click straight in and every view has their name

Under Downloads, turn on Disable downloads: the draft only streams

Turn on Watermark viewers' names, so their name and a viewer code sit over the video. Set how it looks once in the Settings tab, under Viewer watermark

Turn on Message collection (or Viewer feedback for a sticky "Leave feedback" button). Their notes arrive by email and in the video's Messages tab

Next round of edits? In the Settings tab, upload the new file with Replace Video (Optional). The link, its settings and its analytics stay the same
