No. They open their link, enter their name and email, and upload from their phone or computer.
Can I send reminders?
Yes. Invite people by email and turn on reminders. vitelnk sends up to two, two days apart, to the people who haven't sent anything yet.
Can I check videos before they go into our library?
Yes. Approval is on by default: nothing is encoded or added to your library until you approve it, and you can reject a video or block the sender.
Does it work for UGC creators?
Yes. Send creators an upload link, or a link in original files mode if you edit the raw footage yourself. Their files are kept exactly as sent.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Professional and Team both start with a 14-day free trial, with a card. You get the plan's features for up to 3 videos, and videos play as the original file until the plan starts. You won't be charged until day 15, and you can cancel anytime before that.
