Calendar tracking

When your video's CTA is set to Cal.com or Calendly, vitelnk embeds the real scheduler directly on the share page using that provider's own embed SDK, and tracks two engagement signals automatically — no extra setup needed.

How it works

Pick Cal.com or Calendly as the CTA type and enter your booking link. vitelnk renders the provider's own embedded scheduler below the video and listens for that provider's real SDK events. Two events are captured for every session:

SettingWhat it does
Calendar clickedViewer opened or engaged with the embedded scheduler. Tracked once per session.
Booking completedThe provider's SDK confirmed a meeting was booked.
Supported booking providers

Calendar click and booking tracking is only available for Cal.com and Calendly. vitelnk only tracks these two events through each provider's own first-party embed SDK — no other calendar tool exposes a reliable client-side signal we can read.

Cal.com
Tracked via the official Cal.com embed SDK — calendar clicked and booking completed both detected reliably.
Calendly
Tracked via the official Calendly embed SDK — calendar clicked and booking completed both detected reliably.
Any other scheduler
Add it as a custom/raw embed and it still displays on the share page, but calendar clicked and booking completed are not tracked for it — there is no supported SDK to detect these events reliably.
Where you see this data
SettingWhat it does
Analytics overviewCalendar Clicks and Bookings counts appear when any sessions have this activity.
Per-viewer table"CTA / Booking" column shows a Booked badge (teal) or Calendar badge (cyan) per session.
Room analyticsSame badges appear on room session cards and in the session detail report.
CSV exportBoth events are included as columns in the analytics CSV export.
Session notificationsA completed booking triggers the same owner notification as a CTA click.
💡 A "Booking completed" event is a stronger buying signal than a CTA click — your prospects had to go all the way through the scheduler. Use it to prioritise follow-up.
