💡 Each step names the button or setting exactly as it appears on screen. Every video setting is behind the gear icon on the video's card; every share link setting is in the Share tab, under Create Share Link (or ⋮, then Edit on a link).

Next to your name, click

Click Settings

Open API Keys

Click Generate new key

The window with the new key lists every Zapier field, with your key and your video already in them. Keep it open

In Zapier, pick your trigger (for example New Form Submission or Deal Won), then add the action Webhooks by Zapier, event POST, and paste the fields

Click Test step: the url in the result is the one-time link. Add a step that emails it to the person from the trigger

If no link came out, the API Keys page shows what went wrong under Last result
