Set it up
💡 Each step names the button or setting exactly as it appears on screen. Every video setting is behind the gear icon on the video's card; every share link setting is in the Share tab, under Create Share Link (or ⋮, then Edit on a link).

In the sidebar, click Rooms

On a folder, click Enable Room

No folder yet? Click New Folder first, then Enable Room in the folder's Room panel

Add the videos with Upload or Add Existing, and drag the cards into the order you want them watched

Open the Room's settings (the icon in the Room panel). Leave Disable downloads off, so the client can download the current video or all of them as the original files. Add a Welcome message, your Logo URL and an Accent colour, then click Save Settings

At the bottom of the settings, under Magic Link Recipients, add each stakeholder and click Send All Invites. Each person gets their own link, and you see who opened it

Sending one big master instead? Make a share link with Download-only page, and turn on Also offer smaller MP4 downloads for 1080p or 720p copies

Rooms are on every paid plan and during the trial. The logo, accent colour and contact card aren't available with credit packs. Smaller MP4 downloads start when your plan starts (not during the trial).
