Which events can I subscribe to?

There are 10: lead.captured, share.viewed, video.watched, cta.clicked, cta_link.clicked, calendar.clicked, booking.completed, video.downloaded, feedback.received, and message.received. You pick any combination per endpoint, so different destinations can receive different events.

How do I verify a webhook really came from vitelnk?

Set a secret on the endpoint and vitelnk signs every payload, sending the result in an X-vitelnk-Signature header formatted as sha256 followed by the HMAC hash. Compute the same HMAC-SHA256 over the raw request body with your secret and compare.

What happens if my endpoint is down?

The delivery is retried automatically up to 5 times with escalating gaps between attempts, starting at 10 seconds and extending to 10 minutes. Every attempt is recorded in the delivery log with its HTTP status code.

What does the video.watched event actually fire on?

It fires at the 50, 75, and 100 percent watch milestones, and the payload includes a watch_percent field so you can act only on the threshold you care about.

How many endpoints can I add, and is there a rate limit?

Up to 10 endpoints per workspace, each limited to 100 deliveries per hour. Webhooks are available on paid plans.
