Does the sender need an account?

No. They open the link, enter their name and email, and upload. If the link has a password or a PIN, they enter that first.

What can people send?

Video files only. Links for videos to watch take MP4, MOV and WebM. Links for original files also take formats the player can't handle, like MXF, MTS, BRAW and R3D, and keep them exactly as sent.

How big can the files be?

Up to 10 GB per file, the same as your own uploads, and everything you receive counts toward your storage. You can set lower limits on each link: file size, number of files, files per person and total size.

Can I stop strangers from uploading?

Yes. Add a password, make the link invite-only with a PIN, close it after the first sender, set an expiry date, or block a sender from all your links.

What happens before I approve a video?

It isn't encoded and it doesn't appear in your library. You can preview it, download the original, then approve, reject or block the sender. Approval is on by default and can be turned off per link.

What happens after I approve it?

It becomes a normal video in your library with a 1080p streaming copy, so you can share it, track it or put it in a Room. The original file is kept, and downloads give the original.

Which plans include upload links?

Professional, Team, and Lifetime. They are not available on the free trial or with credits only.
