FAQ

Questions You Might Have

Can I stop a screener from being forwarded?
You can make a forwarded link useless. Send each person a named link with email verification: opening it on a new device needs a code sent to their inbox, so it won't play for someone else. You can also cap their devices or make the link one-time.
Can people screen-record the film?
Nobody can block screen recording completely. With downloads off there is no file to save, and personal links tell you whose link a leak came from.
Do viewers need an account?
No. They open their link, and enter a code from their email if you require verification.
Can I see if a festival watched it?
Yes. Each named link shows whether it was opened, how much was watched and when.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Professional and Team both start with a 14-day free trial, with a card. You get the plan's features for up to 3 videos, and videos play as the original file until the plan starts. You won't be charged until day 15, and you can cancel anytime before that.
