Share something confidential once
A link that works once or until a date, and every attempt to open it logged.
Updated
For anyone sending an unreleased cut, a contract walkthrough or internal numbers: the link works once (or until a date), and you see every attempt to open it.
Set it up
💡 Each step names the button or setting exactly as it appears on screen. Every video setting is behind the gear icon on the video's card; every share link setting is in the Share tab, under Create Share Link (or ⋮, then Edit on a link).
1
Upload the video with Upload Video
2
Open your Dashboard
3
On the video, click
4
Go to the Share tab
5
Click Create Share Link. Under Access, turn on One-time link (it stops working once opened), or set an Expiration date. Add Password protection too if you like
6
Under Downloads, turn on Disable downloads, and turn on Watermark viewers' names so a recording shows who leaked it
7
Under Notifications & alerts, turn on Email me about suspicious activity: one email if the link gets 10 or more wrong passwords or refused devices in an hour
8
Click Activity at the top of the Share tab to see every open (with city and country), wrong password and used-up link
9
Sent it to the wrong person? Turn the link's switch off: it stops working straight away, even on a page that is already open. , then Regenerate URL gives it a new address

💡 A magic link lets its recipient come back, so the one-time limit doesn't apply to it. For a named person, use Lock links to the recipient instead: a forwarded link then needs a code sent to their email.
