💡 Each step names the button or setting exactly as it appears on screen. Every video setting is behind the gear icon on the video's card; every share link setting is in the Share tab, under Create Share Link (or ⋮, then Edit on a link).

In the sidebar, click Workspaces

Click Create Workspace, then invite your team

Switch into it with the switcher at the top of the sidebar. Everything you create while you are in the workspace is shared with the team

Open the workspace, click Members, then Invite Member (pick Admin, Editor or Viewer), or Create Invite Link

Give Editor to people who upload and send links, and Viewer to people who only watch and check analytics

Switch back to Personal Account for your own videos
